Refund policy

At Wigs & Hair Lounge, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be in their original condition
  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have not been dyed, coloured, styled, plucked, or altered in any way
  • Have the lace uncut
  • Include all original packaging and tags

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Glueless wigs
  • Customised or altered wigs
  • Products with cut lace
  • Worn, washed, coloured, or styled products
  • Clearance or sale items (where applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
